The IB Diploma Program
Unlock Your Path to Global Success

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program, established in 1968, stands as a beacon of educational excellence for highly motivated students aged 16-19. A two-year pre-university course, it is renowned for its rigorous assessment, providing IB diploma holders a passport to the world's premier universities. More than just academics, the program fosters international understanding and equips students with the skills and attitudes essential for success in higher education and the workforce.

Empowering Tomorrow's Global Citizens
The International Baccalaureate Organization's (IBO) primary aim is to empower students with the values and opportunities that nurture sound judgment, wise choices, and respect for others within the global community. The Diploma Program is your bridge to success in higher education and employment.

Why Choose the IB Diploma?
  • A Holistic Approach: The IB Diploma incorporates the finest elements of national systems while transcending any single one. It offers a unique academic experience that focuses on critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and exposure to diverse perspectives.
  • Personalized Attention: With smaller class sizes, students benefit from more personalized guidance, fostering their growth.
  • University Readiness: The IB Diploma is renowned for preparing students for the rigors of university studies. Many institutions, such as AUB and LAU, offer advanced placement for IB Diploma holders.
  • Global Opportunities: In the USA, IB exams increase your chances of securing admission to selective universities. Several Canadian universities also accept the IB Diploma as an admission credential.

Acceptance to the IB
The IB welcomes students with Lebanese nationality and those with a different nationality. Lebanese nationals must fulfill specific conditions set by the Ministry of Education to obtain equivalence with the Lebanese Baccalaureate.
